About Me

My photo
Peter Bringe
I am the pastor of Covenant Family Church, a congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Wentzville, Missouri. I aim to do my part in guarding and proclaiming the orthodox and historic faith found in the Holy Scriptures and caring for Christ's church. I am married to Melody and we have been blessed thus far with six children. I have a BA in Bible and Theology from Whitefield College and an MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary. I have lived most of my life here in St. Charles County, Missouri. I love my God, the church, my community, and my family. I also enjoy playing music, studying and recounting history, and spending time in the outdoors.

About This Blog

On this blog I primarily seek to promote the reign of Christ by teaching God's word and bringing its perspective to bear on life in this world. God's word is what graciously makes rebels into loyal servants of the King. God's word is the sword of the Spirit which Christ and His servants use to conquer Satan and his kingdom of darkness. God's word is a lens, through which we ought to view and evaluate life. God's word tells us of the glories of Christ and His kingdom, giving us confidence and hope.
